SHIPPING FEE

Shipping costs are calculated by the system when ordering.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

- Shipments are made by Correos of Spain, National Charter, Registered Mail (insurance not included).

- The price of shipping is included packing, handling and transportation.

- A request can be sent by courier (Seur, DHL, Medur, etc.) Request.

- Contact us for shipments outside the Península.El price for orders within mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands are those governing the web, more costly freight to the Canaries. No shipments to PO boxes.

Returns

Our policy, in compliance with current legislation, is to grant the right to return any item purchased www.regalia.es within 14 days from the date of receipt.

No need to provide any explanation, any item bought at www.regalia.es, returned in their original packaging, sealed and in perfect condition will be accepted without further except items or custom-made pieces.

No later than 14 days from the receipt of the return, www.regalia.es agrees to refund.

Before you return, you must notify the customer service department.

If the reason for the return was that the returned item does not correspond to the request in the order, www.regalia.es bear the cost of return and redelivery. If the reason for return is that the request is not satisfied, we will refund the amount but not the shipping and return costs.
